Standard Size is best for heads that measure 21-23 inches (53-58cm). Measure with a tape measure around your head, just above your ears. The length of the wrap is approximately 23 inches (58cm), with a 6 inch width (15cm)
Large/XL is best for head circumference 23 inches (53cm) and over. The length of the wrap is approximately 24 inches long (60cm) and will stretch slightly
