ACC organised the purchase of a Seal-Tight for my son's leg. Within an hour Tim phoned to ask about the the injury and requirements and we opted for a Freedom. A text followed up the conversation with parcel tracking details and it arrived the next morning. Being in a cast isn't fun and the jellybeans in the package were a nice touch. The product is robust and made well and is a much better option than using plastic bags with tape at the top and hoping water doesn't get in. A++ customer service and product.
