Refund policy

We understand that sometimes an online order can be different to what you expected, therefore we will happily refund or exchange your order for up to 30 days from the date of purchase.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase from our online store. If you have purchased a product from another retailer, please contact them directly.

Refunds

To start a return, please contact us at sealsurenz@gmail.com and we will let you know where to send your items (please note, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs).

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order once received and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
