Shipping policy
*Free overnight delivery on all orders to urban areas. Rural deliveries require an additional charge which can be selected at checkout.
Deliveries within NZ are made by NZ Post. We understand that in most cases your purchase will be required urgently which is why we use NZ Post overnight non-signature delivery service.
Orders received prior to 2pm will be dispatched the same day. Orders received after 2pm will be dispatched the next working day. Items dispatched on a Friday will be targeted for delivery on Monday. If it is a rural address an extra day may be needed. There are no courier pick ups or deliveries on statutory holidays.
While we do everything we can to ensure your order is delivered in a timely manner, unfortunately we cannot control any issues that arise once your order has been collected by the courier.
